The Teviot Bar is the main public bar of Teviot. Located on the 2nd floor It has a lively atmosphere and is open from 11am till 5am Monday till Saturday and 12.30pm till 5am Sundays throughout the Festival. Freshly made sandwiches available daily. |

The Cafe Bar is on the 1st floor. Opening at 11am till 11pm 7 days a week it serves hot and cold food as well as alcohol. Very popular with all ages and includes a family area. |

The Outside Bar is located at the entrance to Teviot. It consists of a beer garden, juice bar, creperie and a coffee bar. Very popular, especially on a warm sunny day when you can just kick back and lap up the atmosphere of the Festival. Open from midday till 1am Monday to Saturday and 12.30pm till 1am Sundays. |

The Wine Bar performance space has a small bar which is open during certain shows in case you feel in need of a top up. The Nightclub performance space has a small bar which is open during certain shows. For some late night performances the bar may stay open. |

The Library Bar is exclusive to performers and Gilded Balloon guests. A comfortable and classy bar this is a very popular bar on the Fringe complete with a new outside area to accommodate smokers. With a buzzy atmosphere it's open from 11am till 5am Monday to Saturday and 12.30pm till 5am Sundays with a live link to Late 'n' Live.

| The Loft Bar is another exclusive venue situated on the roof of the Teviot building specifically open for performers and guests of the Gilded Balloon. The Loft consists of an inside bar and seating area, opening out onto the rooftop consisting of outdoor settings and an inviting moonlit atmosphere. Open from 12pm until 5am… the Loft will be THE place to be seen at this years Festival. | ||

TEVIOT- In 2001 Gilded Balloon took over Teviot Row House in Bristo Square and created five new performance spaces creating a hugely significant addition to the Fringe. In 2002 we moved our flagship show Late 'n' Live to the Debating Hall at Teviot and created a sixth space in the building - The Balcony. 2004 saw the addition of another venue - The Sportsmans. As well as the seven venues, there are five public bars, an exclusive Performers/Press bar and an outside Cafe/Bar. |

DEBATING HALL, capacity 350 - The largest of Teviot venues. The venue is based in the Debating Chamber with the stage area being 11m x 5m, height 0.9m and a grid height of approximately 6m. Most of the seating is on the flat with the back rows raked. There is approximately 38-40 seated on the upstairs balcony. The venue can accommodate a wide range of shows types from children's shows, physical theatre, comedy showcases, impro comedy, music, dance and theatre. The Debating Hall hosts the final of So You Think You're Funny? and the infamous flagship show Late 'n' Live, nightly. | |

DINING ROOM, capacity 120 - Perhaps the most formal performance space within Teviot Row House. The stage area is 7m x 4.5m and flat on the floor, the height from the stage to the lighting grid is 6m. All seating is raked. In previous years the venue has housed children's shows, international and UK theatre and stand-up comedy. This is a very popular venue and in huge demand. | |

NIGHTCLUB, capacity 150 - The Nightclub, with an irregular shaped stage, is approximately 4.5m x 3m, 0.5m high with a stage lighting grid height of 5m. There is seating on the flat at both ground and balcony levels. Last year the venue housed mostly comedy shows including US and local acts. The venue also has a bar, which depending on the performance, can be open during the show. | |

WINE BAR, capacity 160 - The stage area is approximately 2m x 5m, 0.6m high with seating on the ground floor and upstairs balcony on the flat. The venue lends itself to either formal arrangement or can be transformed to Cabaret style. Last year it was a successful late night venue with fully equipped bar whilst during the afternoon and evening it hosted a number of successful theatre, music and comedy shows. | |

BILLIARD ROOM, capacity 60 - The Billiard Room is a favourite amongst new performers as it is a small intimate space. The stage is 6m x 4.8m, in a formal black box, with seating on the flat apart from the back rows, which are on a small rake. In previous years this venue has played host to dance, theatre and comedy. | |

BALCONY, capacity 60 - It was a highly successful venue for a number of new shows at Gilded Balloon last year, including theatre and comedy groups and individual stand-up shows. The stage height is 18mm with an area of 4.8m x 2.4m, in a formal black box. Seating is on the flat and raked at the back. This venue is fully air conditioned. | |

SPORTSMANS, capacity 80 - This superb theatre space has raked seating and a raised stage. The stage height is 450mm with an area of 5m x2m. This very popular venue has played host to theatre and comedy shows such as Harry & Me, Ben Bailey and Sadie Nine. |

WEE ROOM, capacity 50 – The newest and smallest of the Teviot Rooms, the Wee Room is hosting comedy and stand-up shows in an intimate and cosy setting. The stage is on floor level with seating on the flat and raked at the back. |
