The 24 hour clock is used. Shows starting in the early hours e.g. 01.00am, are listed on the previous day's date.

Concessions: Available to under 16’s, students, registered unemployed, Young Scot/Stage Pass holders, OAP’s and disabled persons where listed.
Proof of status must be shown when purchasing or collecting tickets.

Refunds & Exchanges
All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please check tickets carefully before leaving the Box Office or on completion of your web booking.

Credit Cards
Visa/Mastercard/Maestro are accepted at the Box Office and on-line. Credit card bookings must be collected at least 20 minutes before the performance.

Latecomers
It is not possible to admit latecomers to performances.

Alterations
The venue management reserves the right to alter the published programme and to refuse admission. All seats are unreserved.

Facilities for the Disabled
Gilded Balloon Teviot building is fully accessible, including rest facilities, however, we regret that the Billiard Room and the Balcony have no access for wheelchairs.
