In 1993 Kay was nominated for a Perrier and won Scotland on Sunday's Critic Award for Comedy. In 1994 he won Best Live Stand up at the British Comedy Awards. Kay has starred in his own show, C4's Phil Kay Feels…, and still works regularly on the comedy scene both in the UK and abroad.
