It's 22 years since the Gilded Balloon started presenting shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe!

We started with just 7 shows in one wee studio theatre in Edinburgh's Cowgate and now we're close to 100 shows in 9 venues at Teviot Row House. 2006 was fantastic and this year our programme is bigger, better and even more diverse!

For the last 18 years, So You Think You're Funny? has been the launch pad for some of the biggest names in comedy including Peter Kay, Ed Byrne and Rhona Cameron. This year, the pick of previous winners and runners up will be returning to where it all began.
